Our Creative Mastermind
Rachel Crooks is the brains behind our operation. She brings decades of multifaceted experience—from higher ed to tech, food service to real estate. But no matter the industry, her creativity has always been her standout skill. Whether crafting unforgettable events, sparking real customer engagement, or writing content that actually gets read, Rachel’s approach is anything but ordinary.
Based in Ohio but globally inspired, Rachel’s curiosity has taken her across 20+ countries. She’s taught in China, trekked through Morocco, presented in South America, and eaten her weight in carbs across Europe. She attended Syracuse University, Tiffin University, and the University of Toledo, earning her master’s degree in the humanities (and almost a Ph.D.).
Off the clock? You’ll find her walking her Irishdoodles—Carlow and Grover—with her partner Josh, rallying friends for an impromptu hang, or starring in a local production (her stage debut in Cabaret was in 2025!).
